Amar Industries provides precision manufacturing services including forging, investment casting, CNC turning, VMC and HMC milling, precision grinding, physical testing, and NDT inspection from our facility in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Information on this website is provided for general business enquiry and marketing purposes.

Submitting a contact or quote form does not create a binding contract. Quotations are valid only for the period stated in our written offer and are subject to review of drawings, specifications, quantities, and material availability.

A manufacturing order is confirmed only when both parties agree in writing on scope, price, delivery schedule, and applicable commercial terms. Lead times, tolerances, and inspection requirements must be agreed before production begins.

You are responsible for ensuring that drawings, models, samples, and specifications you provide are accurate and that you have the right to share them with us. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of your intellectual property, and we will use submitted materials only to evaluate, quote, manufacture, inspect, and deliver your order.

We manufacture to agreed drawings, applicable standards, and inspection plans confirmed at order acceptance. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, inspection and test reports are provided as specified in the quotation or purchase order. You should review parts upon receipt and notify us promptly of any concerns within the timeframe agreed in your order documents.

Prices displayed on this website are not binding offers. Final pricing depends on material, complexity, quantity, tooling, and delivery requirements. Payment terms, taxes, duties, and shipping charges will be stated in our formal quotation or invoice and must be agreed before dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates based on information available at the time of quotation. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including material shortages, transport disruption, force majeure, or incomplete customer approvals. Export shipments may require additional documentation and customs clearance arranged as agreed with the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amar Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from manufacturing services except where liability cannot be excluded under Indian law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a confirmed order is limited to the value of that order unless a different limit is agreed in writing.

We treat customer drawings, specifications, and commercial information as confidential within our organisation and share them only with personnel or partners who need access to perform the work. Customers should likewise treat any proprietary pricing, processes, or technical information we share during quotation or production as confidential unless published for general use.

We strive to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, including capabilities, certifications, and service descriptions. However, content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Images and descriptions are illustrative of our manufacturing scope and may not represent every configuration we can produce.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of this website or related commercial engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract between the parties.
